• Weekly Security Checks: If your home is unoccupied, we perform weekly security checks to keep it safe.

Best of all, these services are included in our management fee.  No hidden charges for visits or unreasonable fees for basic tasks. Unlike other companies, we don’t lure you with low monthly rates only to surprise you with extra costs for every little service.

Rentals

We can help and advise if needed by providing multiple options or you can find your own rentals.  

Another option is that we can provide rentals for you on an "as & when" basis or a combination of both to fill any gaps you have.

 

We also have guaranteed income options with a Commitment Booking program.  Depending on the size and type of villa this program provides income of c$2000 per month.

Basic Monthly Charges

• Monthly management fee $160

• NO call out charges 8am - 5pm ($25 outside of these hours)

• NO charges for light bulbs, clock / TV remote control batteries  

• NO charge for guest pre-arrival check

• NO charge for post departure check

• Pest Control is $35.00

• Pool Service is $100.00

• Lawn Care $90.00 (if required)
