James has been a Licensed Real Estate Broker since 2001.

He is well qualified to help with any aspect of the Real Estate industry, be it a permanent residence, vacation home or a business venture.

Carlton helps with running of the management, oversees repairs and maintenance, etc. He is also a FL Certified General Contractor.

He is well qualified to help with any project related to your home and make sure it is completed to the highest standard.

Max McNeill

Max helps with the management and accounts of the short term rental homes.

He controls the schedule for the regular maintenance of the pools and yards. Conducting regular inspections of each property to maintain the high standard our homeowners expect.
